Arlington’s superintendent finalist

AISD has announced Hector Montenegro as the lone finalist for its superintendent. He seems to be well received, and has had some measure of success at Ysleta ISD in El Paso. Here are his district’s Texas Education Agency ratings from 2007 and 2002 (the year before Dr. Montenegro came to the district).
